<\/a>There were massages, make-overs, crafts to make and purchase, give-a-ways, a service project to work on, delicious food, and so much more. Highlights included visiting with people I hadn\u2019t seen in a while and catching up on their lives.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The theme of the evening was Hawaiian in nature, so there were hula-hoop contests and hula dancing lessons. The entertainment was a group of hula dancers. I had never been able to sit and enjoy this entertainment in the past, so I was delighted to watch this troop of dancers.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
What made it even more special was the music they danced to. It was all uplifting music and when combined with their hand gestures, made the songs much more meaningful.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
They closed with the song I share with you today. \u201cThe Power of Your Love\u201d came to life with each movement. It was a beautiful experience and it made my evening.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
This hasn\u2019t been a popular song in my experience. But the words and melody of this song have such a beautiful message. Its message is, \u201cI can\u2019t do it on my own\u2026I need You, God!\u201d<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
And oh what will happen when we speak these words to God. A changed and renewed heart. Unveiled eyes. A renewed mind. A spirit that soars with God\u2019s Spirit. Now that sounds like fun!<\/p>\n

So today, take a look at \u201cThe Power of Your Love.\u201d Imagine those graceful dancers before you. Drink in the message. Pour out your soul. Find all that you need in God\u2019s presence. And then wait to see what happens.<\/p>\n
