<\/a>\u201cGo Light Your World\u201d was Jesus message in Matthew 5:14-16 (NIV). Jesus said, \u201cYou are the light of the world\u2026let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Peter praises God because He has called us \u201cout of darkness into his wonderful light.\u201d<\/i> (1 Peter 2:9 \u2013 NIV) When we accept Jesus as our Savior, we are to be different in this world. We are to be a light. We are to be a beacon. And we are to share this Light with others.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
In the song \u201cGo Light Your World,\u201d there are several scenarios given. Men and women who have tried alternate light sources to find fulfillment. The hopeless, confused and torn. People living in darkness. Those who live in darkness need to see the great light (Matthew 4:16).<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
As a believer in Christ, you may be the only light they see in their dark world. If so, be the light. Point them to the True Light. Share the hope you have in Jesus Christ with them.<\/p>\n

Yes, there are areas of our world that need to see Jesus\u2019 light, but perhaps there is someone in your neighborhood or even your own home that needs to see His light as well. Are you the one to bring that light to them? I would say \u201cyes.\u201d<\/p>\n
